Scarlett & Sam’s wedding at The Cherry Barn at Rye was an unforgettable mix of stunning scenery, golden-hour photos, and one of the biggest parties of the summer. With an outdoor ceremony, a saxophonist leading the way from the ceremony, and a dance floor that stayed packed, the day was filled with great energy from start to finish.

A Fun and Relaxed Morning
The day started in two different spots—Scarlett at a cottage in East Sussex with her bridesmaids, and Sam with his groomsmen nearby. Bryony Campbell MUA and Hannah Gray Hair set the tone while champagne popped and excitement built. Scarlett’s Made With Love Bridal dress hung by the window, ready for its reveal. Meanwhile, Sam and his groomsmen suited up in Tom Fox, keeping things sharp but relaxed before heading to the venue.

A Scenic Outdoor Ceremony
The Cherry Barn at Rye provided the ideal backdrop for Scarlett & Sam’s outdoor humanist ceremony—rolling countryside, summer sunshine, and a relaxed atmosphere. Officiated by Miranda the Celebrant, the ceremony included personal touches, like hiding their wedding rings under Scarlett’s brother’s chair, prompting laughter and genuine reactions when revealed. After vows and confetti, the saxophonist played as everyone moved towards the reception, kicking off the celebrations.

Drinks, Speeches & A Sunset Photoshoot
Cocktails flowed as guests mingled outdoors, enjoying the warm summer afternoon. The Grazing Sisters Co. provided stylish grazing boards, keeping everyone happy before Scarlett & Sam made their energetic entrance—soundtracked by a house remix of Gimme Gimme.
Speeches were split across the meal, starting with Scarlett’s father and Sam, and wrapping up with the maid of honour and best man. The speeches were funny, heartfelt, and kept everyone entertained.
Before the evening picked up, Scarlett & Sam took advantage of the sunset for some relaxed couple shots in the orchard and by the pond, capturing the perfect golden light.

The Party Kicks Off
It was time to celebrate. Scarlett & Sam opened the evening with their first dance to This Will Be (An Everlasting Love). Darryl Green provided the music, and the dance floor filled immediately.
With DJ sets, pizza from Leonati Catering, and drinks flowing, the evening was lively from start to finish. A bouquet toss, a sparkler send-off by the firepit, and non-stop dancing made for an unforgettable party.

From the sunny outdoor ceremony to the packed evening party, Scarlett & Sam’s wedding captured everything great about summer. It was relaxed, stylish, and full of laughter, creating memories that everyone will remember.
